We've retired the fields for adding topic and sub-topic numbers to lessons. For any of our users who use this feature, you simply just need to prefix a number to your topic or screen titles. 

In fact, that's exactly what we've done for topic or screen titles that previously used these fields! Yep, we've automatically prefixed these numbers to the titles for you, so there won't be anything for you to do, and nothing changes for your learners — easy!

We've just added support for Google SSO on the enrollment links sign-in flow, making it easier than ever for your learners to sign up for a new course. 

If your learners are already logged in with Google, then the next time they access an enrollment link, they'll automatically be logged straight into the course. This is how online training was supposed to be — easy!

Oh, and how could we forget to mention the fresh lick of paint we added in the process! 😍 

Yes, we've finally done it — courses now appear in the resource library! 

Now you can manage all of your courses and course resources from a single page. This includes all the functionality you would expect; previewing, editing, duplicating, moving, and archiving courses. 

Our custom domain and email feature is now available as a premium upgrade to all customers on a Coassemble subscription! 

Head over to the 'Customize' page and upgrade for $49 per month to unlock the ability to configure both a custom domain, and a custom email address for your workspace. 

Setting up a custom domain makes your workspace more recognizable and consistent with your brand, allowing you to direct your users to a domain you own instead of being directed to mycompany.coasssemble.com.

Likewise, configuring a custom email address ensures that any email notifications sent to your users, are sent from a domain you own, instead of noreply@coassemble.com.

You can now add a custom favicon and site title to your workspace. This feature is available to all customers on a Coassemble subscription. 

What is a favicon and site title? 

A favicon, also known as a browser icon, shortcut icon, or bookmark icon, is a small image that represents your website. Favicons are most commonly found in your website address bar or in your browser tab followed by your site title. An example of this is shown in the image below. The image is the favicon, and the text displayed after the image is the site title.

We've updated the report your learners see when reviewing results, with a much cleaner design, making reading results easier. 

By default learners are presented with a summary of results for each module with the ability to drill down into lessons, quizzes, and assignments for more detailed information.

We've made some major improvements to the modules tab inside courses to make it easier than ever for you to create courses using the modules that best suit the information you're sharing with learners. 

This update also includes better visibility of lessons and quizzes allowing you to edit see every screen in a lesson or question in a quiz, and navigate directly to the screen you want to edit. 

For those of you using SCORM objects, you can now configure your SCORM files to launch in a new window.  This allows your SCORM content to really shine, and ensures the Coassemble navigation doesn't get in the way. 

To use this feature, simply check the  this option, simply check the 'Launch in new window' option when adding your SCORM packages. 

We've updated all of the default feedback pop-up images in Coassemble with shiny new animated emojis!!  

To check out the update, navigate to Customize > Feedback pop-ups.

We've appended the last updated date to the course avatar tooltip so that you can now see when the course was last updated.
